Panera Bread is hosting a "Cereal Drive" at stores throughout the Chicago area, including the chain's River Forest location, 7349 Lake Street.
Patrons are asked to bring an unopened box of cereal (minimum 12 ounces) in exchange for a coupon for a Panera grilled breakfast sandwich. The cereal will be donated to local food pantry.
The drive takes place from Sept. 17 through Sept. 19.
