Fenwick High School Sophomore, Mimi Schneider (Western Springs), swam at USA Swimming Junior Olympic National Meet in Palo Alto, California. Mimi achieved 3 Olympic Trial qualifying times - 50 Free which placed 2nd overall, 100 free and 100 Butterfly. This accomplishment allows Mimi to compete at next summers Olympic Trials and attempt to earn a spot on the 2012 Olympic team. Mimi opened the 2011 High School girls swim season by tying the team record in the 100 Butterfly 57.56.
