Whole Foods River Forest, 7245 Lake St. According to the store's Facebook page, Whole Foods River Forest opened at 10 a.m. But proceed with caution — multiple phone calls to the store were not picked up and they may close abruptly. (708) 366-1045

PJ's Ace Hardware, 7 Chicago Ave. in Oak Park. A store manager said they're replenishing salt and shovel supplies and the hardware store should be open by noon Wednesday. (708) 848-3600
Pan's Food Center, 824 S. Oak Park Ave. The longtime grocer is expected to stay open until 8 p.m. but might close early, according to an employee. (708) 848-1340
