The Yova Shop, an independent coffee shop on South Oak Park Avenue, appears to be for sale. 

According to a May 9 tweet from Local Oak Park's Cathy Yen, the business at 818 S. Oak Park Ave. is on the block. We've been trying to reach the store's owner, but have been striking out so far. 

Speculation on a potential sale began building earlier this year on Live Here Oak Park, where unearthed Craigslist posts touting the sale of a "turn key operation," one with "loyal clientele" that's "perfect for a breakfast cafe" hinted at Yova's troubles. Another LHOP contributor's Craiglist find only seemed to bolster it: 

Asking price is $205,000 (OBO/Negotiable). Price includes all necessary coffee shop equipment - from espresso machine with 3-filter water system to the tables and couches....

Anyone know the deal?
