This is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 600 square-foot condominium built in 1950.

Located near the Metra, Keystone Park and Forest Preserve trails, the condo's roof was replaced in 2006. The home has Pella windows, hardwood floors under the carpet, and its water heater was replaced in 2001. The condo's washer and dryer is located in a shared basement.

This is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo built in 1964.

The condo also has a ceramic tiled foyer, kitchen floors and newer carpet in other rooms. Additionally, the condo has a remodeled bathroom, a first-floor storage locker and access to the roof-top deck.
