Saturday, August 4th
9:00am-2:00pm
• School physicals
• Vision screenings
• Health counseling about nutrition, diabetes risk, asthma, and sickle cell disease
Kids who participate in these services will receive free school supplies as long as they last, as well as community resources for families.
Educational materials will be available. Please bring your child’s immunization record with you.
