Wind Chills Could Drop to 15, 20 Below Zero This Week

National Weather Service predicts some chilly temps in the Chicago area this week.

Wind chills could drop to as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero in the Chicago area Monday night, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). 

According to a hazardous weather outlook from NWS, "There is a good chance of accumulating snow late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning," in areas north of Interstate 80.

Wind chills will drop below zero Wednesday afternoon, with temperatures as low as 15 to 20 below zero Wednesday night and early Thursday morning, according to NWS.
