I'd love to have a warm comfy home and loving family

Harley was adopted out from the Animal Care League when he was 7 years old. He's now 11 years old and back at the shelter because his owner abandoned him at Naperville Animal Care and Control. He arrived at the shelter so matted he could barely walk. The good news is that he found his way back to safety, but now we are looking for someone to adopt him who will work hard to ensure that he'll never have to experience such neglect again. He is a very patient senior dog who, despite everything that has happened to him, still likes people. He's looking for a person with a big heart to adopt him and give him a place to live out his golden years. At this point, Harley doesn't ask for much. He wants a soft bed, some companionship, and a few walks a day. Harley is working on housetraining in his foster home. He's OK with other dogs and cats.
