Dominican University presents The Good Lovelies

Dominican University’s Performing Arts Center will open its 2013-14 season with a rollicking concert by Canadian folk/country trio The Good Lovelies on Saturday, September 14. The concert will be held in Lund Auditorium, 7900 W. Division Street, River Forest, at 7:30 p.m.

With impeccable three-part harmonizing and witty on-stage banter, The Good Lovelies have been entertaining crowds across the country since producing in 2009 their eponymously titled Juno Award-winning album. The album also received the Emerging Artists Award at the Canadian Folk Music Awards. The trio, including Caroline Brooks, Kerri Ough and Sue Passmore, recently produced their third full-length album, Let the Rain Fall, which was nominated for the 2012 Juno Award for Roots/Traditional Album of the Year.

Tickets for the concert are $23. For more information, visit www.events.dom.edu/good-lovelies
