CTA Trains Experiencing 'Significant' Delays Due to Cold
The extreme cold is causing delays on most CTA lines this morning.
If you're unlucky enough to have to commute this morning, check to make sure your trains are running on time. Most CTA lines are experiencing "significant delays" this morning because of the cold, the CTA's website is cautioning.
The red, blue, brown and orange lines are listed as having "significant delays" as of 8:30 a.m. The purple and yellow lines have "minor delays," and the pink line is running normally. As of 8:35, the CTA said the green line is running normally.
