Free! Family-friendly Earth Day Project

The Neighborhood Giving Project is partnering with the Oak Park Conservatory!

Help us prepare for their annual plant sale fundraiser, and learn about this fantastic Oak Park oasis.

Recycle your old crayon nubs (click HERE for a how-to), and bring them in to decorate and assemble boxes with Earth Day messages! These decorated boxes will then be used to take home purchases from the plant sale fundraiser.

Families can participate in The Imagination Station to learn about the sources of sugar, enjoy behind the scenes tours of the greenhouses, and weather  permitting, can join a clean -up effort of the grounds and possibly Rehm Park.

All supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your own work gloves if you prefer.
