Are you crafty? Do you sew, knit, crochet, make jewellery, create mosaic tiles, make soap, screen print, sketch, upholster, or do other crafty or artistic things? Kristine Fachet (Sur Le Feu) and Lisa Polderman (PoldaPop Designs) have organized a social gathering hosted by Jessica Calek at Studio 22 in Berwyn. We are looking to get to know other crafty folks in the Berwyn/Oak Park area in order to network and socialize. Please bring an example of your work and/or something for which you want some help or creative input. Please also bring something to share (wine, cookies, cake, carrots). Send your details to poldapop@gmail.com (name, email, blog, shop, facebook page) and we'll put together a contact list for distribution at the gathering. If we get enough interest we'll put together a facebook group - ideas for future events include mini-classes, fabric swaps, and more!
