Echoes of Earth: Finding Ourselves in the Origin of the Planet

Presented by the Friends of the River Forest Public Library

This project began as an artistic journey to document the world's oldest rock and mineral sites. The search led the artists into remote regions of the world, and to the discovery that our very beginnings lie hidden in the story of the oldest stones. Explore the mystery of what the artists encountered- that we are all Echoes of the Earth. During the month of November, artwork from the project will be displayed in the library's foyer.
