Iman Shumpert to Contribute to Michelle Obama's Rap Album

The album, "Songs for a Healthier America," is part of the first lady's "Let's Move" campaign. Berwyn and Oak Park native Iman Shumpert will have a track on the album, according to media reports.

Iman Shumpert, an Oak Park and River Forest High School alum and guard for the New York Knicks who also records rap songs will contribute a song to First Lady Michelle Obama's upcoming rap album, according to an NBC 5 Chicago blog.

The first lady will release the album, "Songs for a Healthier America," as part of the "Let's Move!" campaign, featuring known entertainers such as Ashanti and Doug E., POLITICO reports.
