Oak Park Resident Elected a State Bar Delegate to American Bar Association
Oak Park resident Emily N. Masalski, an associate attorney at the Chicago law firm of Deutsch, Levy & Engel, Chartered, has been elected an Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) “Under 35” delegate to the American Bar Association House of Delegates.
Masalski focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, environmental law, and banking and creditor’s rights. Active in the ISBA, she is a member and secretary, respectively, of its Environmental Law Section Council and the Standing Committee on Women and the Law. In 2011, she received the ISBA’s Young Lawyer of the Year award.

Masalski received her J.D. from Pace University School of Law, in White Plains, New York, in 2005 and her B.S. from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2002.
