The role of the architect and other Design professionals in developing successful plans. An architect is usually the primary design professional on a custom home project. But you may decide to work with other specialists in planning your home or any interior /exterior. Kitchen and bath design can be very useful; you may also choose to work with an interior designer. In new construction an architect can be especially useful in transforming the bare bones of the house into warm, livable personal statement.
We provide full Design + Build Services. This method of construction delivery has proven over the years to give the client a higher level of service and a better quality project by embedding the Architect as a partner with the construction team in the process. This allows the Owner to have the sole responsible party for delivery of the project, eliminating any conflict they may have occurred between Architect and Builder. Because we have a more significant presence at the construction site, we have better control over the way details are executed, insuring that the material and methods that we have specified are followed. Greater access to bids is given to the Owner.
