Brooks Collects Food and Monetary Donations to Benefit Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry
Brooks Middle School collected 924 food donations and $2,940.41 in monetary donations in conjunction with its participation in this year's Feinstein Challenge.
Gwendolyn Brooks Middle School collected 924 food donations and $2,940.41 in monetary donations in conjunction with its participation in this year’s Feinstein Challenge. The $2,940.41 donation will enable the Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry to purchase $29,404.10 worth of food from the Greater Chicago Food Depository, which serves as the local food bank for the pantry.
