District 97 Earns First Place at Speech and Drama Festival for Third Consecutive Year

For the third consecutive year, District 97 took first place at the West 40 Speech and Drama Festival.

For the third consecutive year, District 97 took first place at the West 40 Speech and Drama Festival, which was held at Elmwood Park High School on Saturday, March 2. The team tied with another district for the top score in the competition and was made up of the following students and teachers/coaches from Gwendolyn Brooks and Percy Julian Middle Schools:
