New Cruisers for Oak Park Police Department
Roomy, powerful Dodge Chargers added to the department's fleet.
Five shiny new police cruisers will be roving around Oak Park, and they look pretty tough.
Five Dodge Chargers were purchased for about $23,000 each, according to Wednesday Journal, and will replace some aging cruiser's in the 's fleet. The department will also receive a new Ford Explorer, purchased to the tune of roughly $26,000.
