The 1,318 square foot house was built in 1920. The craftsman bungalow has a green tile roof, natural woodwork, built-ins, art glass and a decorative fireplace with original tile. Additionally, the home has hardwood floors, a brand-new half-bathroom and an eat-in kitchen.
