The Cook County Bureau of Economic Development has only a few homes remaining for purchase through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). Homes are brand new construction or newly renovated in Chicago Heights and other south suburban locations.   All are affordably priced.
