Church of Beethoven celebrates 3rd year with special performance

Church of Beethoven will celebrate its third birthday with a special
return of two of our favorite musicians in a new trio of harp, trumpet and
oboe. Michael Brozik (trumpet) and Margie Arito (oboe) performed at early C of
B shows in 2011 and have become audience favorites. They are joined byNichole
Luchs on harp in a performance featuring music of Vivaldi, Faure, Gershwin,
Copeland and more.

Michael Brozick, principal trumpet of the Kalamazooo
Symphony,  has performed with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra,
Lyric Opera of Chicago, Milwaukee Symphony, and the Grant Park Orchestra
and under the batons of Bernard Haitink, Pierre Boulez, Michael Tilson
Thomas and Sir Andrew Davis. Nichole Luchs is principal harpist
for the Peoria Symphony, DuPage Symphony, and the Illinois Valley Symphony. Margie Arito is
principal oboist of the DuPage Symphony Orchestra and a is favorite at
Taizé services at Oak Park’s Ascension church.
