Cook County President Toni Preckwinkle is scheduled to attend this ribbon cutting-celebration. Interfaith Housing Development Corporation of Chicago (IHDC) and the Oak Park Housing Authority (OPHA), will conduct a ribbon-cutting and grand opening of the Grove Apartments on Thursday, January 23rd, at 10:00 a.m. Interfaith Housing Development Corporation (IHDC) and the Oak Park Housing Authority (OPHA) are long term partners in the development of this 51-unit mixed-use commercial and apartment building located within the former Comcast Building at Madison Street and Grove Avenue in Oak Park. All units are one-bedrooms set aside for low-income households. All units are HOME-assisted. All are welcome to attend.
