Heartland Blood Centers will hold a Blood Drive on Monday, July 30 from 12 pm 4 pm at Oak Park Public Library, 834 Lake Street. Heartland Blood Centers is the sole provider of blood products to Rush Oak Park Hospital.
All donors will receive a certificate for a free quart of Oberweis ice cream when they donate blood on July 30. It’s just one more reason to donate blood this summer.
Potential donors must be at least 16 years old and weigh at least 110 pounds to donate blood. A photo ID is required.
