The 3,000-square-foot house was built in 2004. It's a custom-built Victorian featuring hardwood floors and oak stairs. The kitchen has a butler pantry and is open to the family room, which has a fireplace. The basement is unfinished, and the back yard is fenced-in and has a two-tier deck.
