Community Update

Don't live in this building!! It is not worth the price or the hassle. I have lived here less than six months and have dealt with the following issues:

Water being turned off for almost an entire day WITHOUT NOTICE.
EXTREMELY dirty building
Roaches
Leaky ceilings
Bathroom shower corroding and clogging, without anyone to fix it.
Laundry machines are always broken, have lost around $5 in quarters to never be reimbursed.
Controlled heat, sometimes is to hot or to cold.
Constant smell of cigarette/weed smoke.
Dogs barking loudly- sometimes through the night.
Poorly plowed parking lot.
People always parking in your parking spot.
Cars always parked in front of the driveway. Hardly available for use.
Extremely loud noises from the building that sound like loud banging.
The toilet not working for almost a week. They eventually bought us a plunger and told us to fix it.
The shower not draining properly.
Hot water not working almost 3 times a week.
Had to call the police to report a fight in the building.
Broken mail box.

When I moved in the manager gave me a huge speech about how he was going to re-do the entire building. NEVER HAPPENED. He also said the apartment I going to live in would be clean and move in ready. The day I moved in there were dead roaches and cigarette ashes inside the kitchen draws. Needless to say it took a lot of time to clean. The building landlord always smokes and will even smoke in your apartment.
