6 Cars Burglarized in Same Area Overnight

River Forest police reports, March 8-10.

SUNDAY, MARCH 10

Rash of Car Burglaries

Six cars were burglarized or damaged between 9:30 p.m. March 9 and 10 a.m. March 10. Five of the incidents occurred in the 1400 and 1500 blocks of Park, and the other was in the 900 block of Clinton.

Windows were broken in each incident, and the estimated loss was about $6 in loose change and a Samsung Galazy Tablet.

FRIDAY, MARCH 8 

Retail Theft

Lucian Loglisci, 29, of the 4200 block of N. Newland in Norridge, was charged with retail theft. Store security said Loglisci stole $54 worth of cosmetics items from Whole Foods Market, 7245 W. Lake St.
