Bride Charged With Public Intoxication, Breach of Peace on Wedding Day
Neighbors complain about bride screaming and yelling in the street on her wedding day.
A 43-year-old bride from Chicago was charged with public intoxication and disorderly breach of peace on her wedding day, Saturday, Nov. 16, in Forest Park.
Police responded to a call about a loud argument in the 7300 block of Circle Avenue about 3 a.m., where the bride, Tina Dobyne, was screaming and yelling at three other women. Police said the argument had moved outside from the post-nuptial celebration at Dobyne's brother's apartment.
She was arrested after she refused to quiet down and continued to yell and scream up and down the street and said, "arrest me then," police said. She was given a Jan. 8 court date and released.
