Copper Downspot, Mountain Bike Stolen: Police Blotter

Oak Park police reports, March 12-13.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13

2 Phones Stolen

A Trac cell phone and black Samsung phone charger were stolen from someone in the 800 block of Lake Street between 6:45 a.m. March 12 and 7:45 a.m. March 13. The estimated loss is $60. 

Garage Burglarized

Someone broke into a garage in the 100 block of Harrison Street, ransacked the car parked inside and stole a green men's Trek Hard Rock mountain bike. The burglary occurred sometime between 8 p.m. March 12 and 11:55 p.m. March 13. The estimated loss is $150.

TUESDAY, MARCH 12

Copper Stolen

About 34 feet of a copper downspot was stolen from a home in the 1200 block of Fair between noon March 10 and 5:30 p.m. March 12. The estimated loss is $470.

Cash Stolen

Someone stole $175 cash from a cash box in an unlocked storage area of a business in the 1000 block of Lake Street.
