Man exposes himself to kids; arson reported in apartment building.

A group of Oak Park juveniles told police that a man exposed himself before he drove away. 

According to a police report, a man driving a black, four-door newer model car approached the three juveniles, who were walking in the 600 block of West Randolph Street about 3:50 p.m. Wednesday. 

The man "exposed his genitals to the juveniles, then drove away, " police reported.

Arson Investigated

Police in Oak Park are looking for information on what led to a hallway fire at an Oak Park apartment building.

Investigators on Thursday found paper soaked with an unknown fluid burning in the hallway of the building, 12 Washington Blvd., according to police. 

No injuries were reported. The fire was contained to the hallway, police said.
