A 20-year-old Chicago man faces aggravated DUI and reckless homicide charges for a wrong-way crash on I-290 that killed two young women and seriously injured a third early Saturday, Oak Leaves reports.

Miguel Rico is being held at Cook County Jail on $4 million bond.
