Driver Stuck in Snow Charged With DUI, Controlled Substance Possession: Police

A woman who had driven off the road and got stuck in the snow failed sobriety tests and had Oxycodone pills, police said.

Aggravated DUI, Controlled Substance Possession

A Hampshire woman was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of a controlled substance after she drove off the road and got stuck in snow in the 7900 block of North Avenue. 

Police said Leanne Felix, 28, failed sobriety tests and had Oxycodone pills in her possession during the stop around 3:20 a.m. Dec. 14. She was charged with felony DUI because of a previous DUI and several other traffic offenses, police said.
