Kenneth Thomas, 46, is wanted on charges of failing to pay child support in the amount of $29,990.29. His last known address was on the 900 block of Troost Avenue in Forest Park.

Joseph Agee, 30, is wanted for violating supervision on charges of reckless conduct. Bail was set at $100,000. This warrant dates back to February 2009. His last known address was on the 7200 block of Madison Street in Forest Park.

Juan Alanis, 33, is wanted for violating parole or probation on charges of unlawful use of a weapon. Bond was not set. This warrant dates back to July 2002. His last known address was on the 1200 block of South Marengo Avenue in Forest Park.

Moises Apolinar, 34, is wanted for violating parole or probation on charges of forgery. Bond was not set. This warrant dates back to May 2008. His last known address was on the 7200 block of Roosevelt Road in Forest Park.

Jose Guzman, 33, is wanted for violating parole or probation on charges of domestic battery. Bail was set at $25,000. This warrant dates back to August 2002. His last known address was on the 100 block of South Circle Avenue in Forest Park.

Lisa Perna, 44, is wanted for violation of supervision on an unspecified charge. Bail was set at $25,000. This warrant dates back to June 1998. Her last known address was on the 100 block of Hannah Avenue in Forest Park.

Oak Park

Gerardo Ambriz Martinez, 45, is wanted for violating parole or probation on charges of credit card fraud. Bond was not set. This warrant dates back to December 2004. His last known address was on the 1300 block of North Boulevard in Oak Park.

Atavia Fitzpatrick, 45, is wanted on charges of theft. Bail was set at $10,000. This warrant dates back to August 1999. Her last known address was on the 1100 block of North Harlem Avenue in River Forest.

Jonathan Vitale, 37, is wanted on charges of retail theft. Bail was set at $100,000. This warrant dates back to November 1998. His last known address was on the 1900 block of Lake Street in River Forest.
