An Oak Park man was hit and killed by a speeding car early Saturday morning while he was crossing the intersection of Harlem and Jackson.
According to an article on OakPark.com, the 22-year-old victim wasn't immediately identified pending the notification of his family.
The driver, a Bellwood man, was reportedly arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, but no charges were pressed as of Saturday afternoon.
