Police Charge Wendy's Employee Who Hit Cop
Employee who was fighting with manager over schedules struck an Oak Park police officer who responded to the scene, the Chicago Tribune reports.
The Wendy's employee who allegedly struck an Oak Park police officer Monday morning has been charged with aggravated battery and resisting an officer.
According to the Chicago Tribune, the employee, Gregory Robinson, 20, of Chicago, hit an officer who responded to a fight between the employee and a manager over schedules about 7 a.m. Monday.
Robinson was processed and held on bond.
