Harbour, 62 and the department's former Detective Commander, watched as a teenager, one of two "punks" who boarded at Clark and Lake stop downtown, started punching a 17-year-old girl and tried to steal her iPod.

According to Oak Leaves, Harbour grabbed the boy and they both tumbled to the floor before the boy broke free, leaving the train without his sweater and cap —both of which were turned over to Chicago police.
