Rojas' suit seeks an unspecified amount of money for financial losses, damages related to emotional distress and punitive damages, according to the Sun-Times story.

Dominick's attorney is hoping to prevent him from taking the stand and is arguing, according to the Sun-Times story, "no credible witness will say Dominick made such statements and noted that Dominick’s wife is Hispanic."
