New USPS Postal Customer Advisory Council Seeking Volunteers

Applications are now available at the Oak Park, River Forest and Forest Park post offices, libraries and village halls.

The following is from the US Postal Service:

The U.S. Postal Service is seeking volunteers to serve on a combined local Customer Advisory Council in the Oak Park, River Forest and Forest Park community.  The Customer Advisory Council will provide a forum for customers to meet with postal representatives to discuss concerns, ideas and suggestions that support improving customer satisfaction. The Postal Service will also play an active role in answering questions posed by the council and keeping council members informed of new or changing local programs, policies and procedures.

Applications are now available at the Oak Park, River Forest and Forest Park Post Offices, Libraries and Village Halls.
