Quinn Approves $1.2M Road Project for Oak Park

The plan is a part of Gov. Pat Quinn's Illinois Jobs Now capital construction program, according to the Associated Press.

Gov. Pat Quinn announced Thursday that a $1.2 million road project in Oak Park will improve traffic flow upgrade and "upgrade viaduct crossings," according to the Associated Press. 

As part of the viaduct work, Oak Park will also see improvements to streetscapes, sidewalks, bike racks and roadside decorations, according to the AP.
