Tavi Gevinson Joins Lena Dunham, Others in Message to Female Voters

Tavi Gevinson joins other in calling on all women to vote this election.

In message to female voters and to Republicans this election season, Oak Parker Tavi Gevinson is joined by the likes of Lena Dunham (HBO's Girls), Alexa Chung, Miranda July and singer Lesley Gore in a get-out-the-vote YouTube video.

Gore is the singer behind the 1964 hit, You Don't Own Me, that features prominently in the video. The video features women singing along with the song on their computers and calls out on women to vote to protect their rights in the upcoming election on Nov. 6.
