Park District Numbers Up This Summer

The River Forest Park District had another successful summer
of activities.  With offerings varying from sports to arts to computers,
there was never a shortage of fun for the kids in River Forest. 
Registration numbers reflected this, as the park district had a 40% increase in
enrollment from last summer.  Part of this was due to the extended summer,
offering three more weeks of camps compared to what has been offered in the
past.  However even without the additional time, the park district saw a 10% increase in a week-to-week comparison of enrollment from last summer to this year.  Enrollment is now open for fall classes at the park district.  Class listings can be found online at www.rfparks.com
