Sarah has had great experiences at this business that is just about the kids activities.

Magical Minds Studio on Harrison is authentically a great experience for your kids.  It's a spot, a business, that is primarily an activity for your kids.  I don't know the owner.  I wish I did.   Because having the creativity and energy to begin a business that is functionally about kids making a mess - takes a lot of gumption.

Magical Minds has classes.  They host birthday parties.  They have nights when you can drop off your kids to get a little date night in while the kids SERIOUSLY have fun with friends.   AND it looks like they added a preschool.    I KNOW THEY HAVE A SUMMER CAMP SCHEDULE.   And it's all really fantastic!

A little neighbor across the alley is CRAZY about Magical Minds and is always looking forward to her chance to get in and create.     

Keeping in mind my bias toward retail HERE IS WHAT I WANT FROM MAGICAL MINDS (though they are fabulous anyway):  

I want to see a small product based section in front of their studio.   Good quality kids art supplies for sale in kits for us to take home.  Does that exist and I've missed it?  This is a "gimme" in my mind.  I love gifting:  Paint can packaging, magical minds branded kids painters hats with safe or eco - paints and brushes and aprons in some cello wrap with a funky ribbon.  It's an easy $20 add on.  It's a great add on.    If I get the gift kit, I can pair it with a class gift certificate!   Those aprons and hats can get sold individually to kids who just can't get enough.    (Warning to any business that has a great thing going - don't OVER INVEST in adding product - start small - UNLESS IT'S CHRISTMAS).
