Compost 101

Sustainability starts in your own back yard with compost.  It is essential to a healthy, chemical free garden and so very easy to make.  Many different composting systems can fit attractively into small or large urban landscapes so there is no excuse.  Participants will see examples of container composting systems that can be built or purchased and discuss different types of materials that can be composted.  You will go home with all the information needed to start down the organic path with your own compost.
