Organic Gardening AAM
The label organic is attached to almost everything, but what does organic gardening really mean. Join us for this three session workshop and discover how easy it is to be an organic gardener. We will cover the fundamentals of gardening including basic information about growing vegetables, flowers, shrubs and trees using organic methods. Learn to assess your garden site, prepare the soil and choose plants that will thrive in our Midwest soils without the use of chemicals. Bring pictures of your site, a plat of survey, pictures of plants that you like for personalized advice on how to get started.
