Join Age-WISE and the West Cook (Oak Park) YMCA for a health fair and blood work, including PSA (prostate-specific antigen), TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) and cholesterol evaluation.

Stay for light refreshments, and learn more about programs and services available at the YMCA and Rush Oak Park Hospital.
