Zero Waste Campout

River Forest Park District, Neighbor

Zero Waste  Campout is on Friday, September 28th at Priory Park.   This is a green overnight  family camping experience.  REGISTRATION is available at The Depot Monday-Friday from  8:30am-4:30pm.  Online registration is not available for this FREE event. Please pack  minimally to reduce any unnecessary waste.



Ages:  All ages – at least one adult chaperone per family group
Location: Priory Park
Dates: Friday, September 28-Saturday, September 29
Time:  6:30pm-7:30am
Activities: Seven Generations Ahead Green Sugar Press Truck Farm; Campfire Stories with  River Forest Public Library; Rough Around the Edges Band; Forest Preserve  District of Cook County:  Nocturnal Animals

*Eat dinner before arriving.  A late night snack and light breakfast will  be provided by Whole Foods, River Forest.
