The readers and riders have spoken.  The Holistic Cycles classes at the Creative Changes Studio are the Readers Choice for best bike shop in Oak Park. Here are the poll results.  Part of the studio's "healing arts" offerings, the bicycle repair classes teach students about brake adjustments, wheel truing, chain maintenance and much more. Portillo's Takes Top Dog in Readers Choice Poll

Patch readers select Portillo's as best local hot dog.

Turns out, Oak Park's best hot dog is next door at the Forest Park Portillo's. The Chicagoland chain, which has pretty much perfected the art and science of completing orders for tasty Italian beefs, burgers and red hots, earned the most votes in this week's Readers Choice poll.
