Traffic Arrest: Tonique A. Moore, 31, of Oak Park, was charged Dec. 2 with driving without a valid license after being involved in a non-injury accident, police said. She was arrested after she and the other driver came into the River Forest Police Department to report the incident. Traffic Arrest: Silvia Moreno, 34, of Elmwood Park, was charged Dec. 2 with driving without a license and driving without headlights or tail lights after she was stopped at 5:36 a.m. in the 7200 block of Circle Avenue in Forest Park, police said.
