Frank Lloyd Wright Studio Balcony to Open for First Time in 40 Years

The studio balcony at the Frank Lloyd Wright home and studio in Oak Park will open for tours March 21 as a celebration of the 125th anniversary of the home.

To celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio and the 40th anniversary of the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust, the Oak Park Studio Balcony will open to the public for the first time in 40 years March 21.

According to the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust, "a new installation there will shed light on the talented young draftsmen, architects and artists who worked in Frank Lloyd Wright's studio during the early days of his architecture practice."

Tickets for these tours will be available for advance purchase beginning Monday, Feb. 24, on the Trust's website: www.flwright.org. Tickets are $10 for Trust members and $25 for non-members.
