Burger Boss Expands to Chicago, Opening Monday in Lakeview

Burger Boss expands to Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood, opens Monday, Nov. 4, at 3210 N. Southport Ave.

A successful burger joint that opened two years ago at 7512 W. North Ave. in Elmwood Park is expanding to Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood.

Burger Boss owners, brothers Anthony and Nick Gambino are "looking to expand the Burger Boss brand and delight burger enthusiasts" with their Chicago location, opening Monday, Nov. 4 at 3210 N. Southport Ave., according to a news release from Burger Boss.

Burger Boss operates under the "fast-casual" concept, serving burgers made with premium ingredients, according to the release. The Chicago menu will feature a few new items, including the "Southport Boss," made with applewood smoked bacon, all-natural cheddar, lettuce, tomato, signature Boss Sauce, pickles, and grilled onions on a fluffy brioche bun.

The "8AM Burger" doubles as a brunch dish with cage-free fried egg, American cheese, applewood smoked bacon, ketchup, Boss Sauce, lettuce and tomato on a brioche bun.

Also on the menu are freshly-tossed salads such as the "Chopped Boss," milkshakes and monthly signature burgers. The signature November burger gives a nod to Thanksgiving dinner with turkey, cranberry sauce and homemade stuffing on a bun.
